Slyšeli jste někdy o technologickém dohledu anebo systematickém sledování konkurence? Je to velmi zajímavý a užitečný nástroj, který podnikům umožňuje sledovat nejnovější trendy a tím usnadnit strategické rozhodování v podniku. Mnoho, zejména MSP, však systematické technologické sledování z různých důvodů neprovádí. Pojďme se tedy spolu ponořit do této problematiky a seznamte se, prosím, s mezinárodním projektem SIBILA (2021-1-FR01-KA220-VET-000034819.
Cílem projektu SIBILA je vytvořit nový vzdělávací kurz zaměřený právě na sledování technologií a konkurenční dohled. Je určen pro studenty, manažery a pracovníky malých a středních podniků a učitele a lektory v oblasti odborného vzdělávání a přípravy. Jedná se o ucelený komplex informací, který by měl pokrýt mezery ve vzdělávání a potřeby MSP na své pracovníky právě v tomto oboru.
Kurz je zastřešen společným kurikulem, které popisuje výsledky učení ve formě znalostí (co by měl tedy účastník vědět a pochopit), dovedností a kompetencí (tedy toho co by mě být schopen účastník reálně provádět). Výsledné vzdělávací jednotky pokrývají devět hlavních témat a kroků, které je potřeba dělat, aby měl technologický dohled a sledování konkurence ten správný efekt a přinesl firmě prospěch.
Prvním krokem je pochopení základních definicí, co to vlastně technologický dohled a analýza konkurence je, v čem to spočívá. Poté následuje plánování a definice kritických faktorů sledování, které jsou základem rozvíjení firemní strategie na základě firemních potřeb. K tomu slouží informační databáze, které je potřeba definovat a správně využívat.
Dalšími kroky jsou pak samotné vyhledávání a tzv. zachycení informací, extrahování správných informací, jejich třídění, prioritizace a vyhodnocování.
„Sestavy“ podnikových informací je potřeba dále sdílet v rámci organizace tak, aby je mohli ostatní efektivně využít – např. pro komunikační strategii nebo inovační a rozvojovou strategii. Posledním krokem je řízení, tedy rozhodování na základě zachycených informací, identifikace nových obchodních nebo vývojových směrů, posuzování proveditelnosti atd.

Učení se a pochopení výše uvedené problematiky vyžaduje dost času, úsilí a také soustředění, které se ale ve výsledku firmě několikanásobně vrátí.
